David Utley has represented clients in personal injury litigation for 40 years obtaining millions of dollars in compensation and damages for persons injured at work, in vehicular accidents, due to defective products, unsafe premises or professional negligence.  A significant portion of Mr. Utley's previous law practice was devoted to workers injured under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, Defense Base Act and related federal workers' compensation laws.  Since 2011, he has represented employers and carriers in the defense of such claims, and protecting their subrogation interests due to third-party negligence.
