For 32 years, David Utley represented longshore and marine terminal workers, marine clerks, ship repair and ship building workers, crane and transtainer operators, ship and dock bosses and others harbor workers at docks, piers, ports, and terminals for claims under the Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act, Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act, Defense Base Act, and civil actions against third parties for negligent loading or unloading of cargo in and around the Port of Long Beach, Port of Los Angeles and the cities of Long Beach, Los Angeles, San Pedro, Wilmington and Carson, California. 
Since 2011, Mr. Utley has represented employers and carriers with respect to such claims as well as the the protection of employer and carrier subrogation interests.
